Mold design optimization:
Adopt advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software for precise mold structure design and simulation analysis to predict possible problems and optimize in advance.
Reasonably design the parting surface, gating system, cooling system, etc. of the mold to ensure uniform metal liquid flow and reduce casting defects.
Material selection:
